September 11th and Collective Trauma

September 11th 2001 was a day few of us who were alive that day will ever forget. It changed so much of our lives moving forward from resultant conflicts to how we travel and perceive certain threats. This is a trauma known as a collective or societal trauma and needs to be processed as much as more individual and extreme traumas. Find out why in the article and video.

How to know what you have to work on?

A question I often get asked is, ‘how do I know if I have something to work on/what I need to work on?’. This is me in a triggered state recording the answer to that question because it was in this triggered state that it all made sense how to explain it. This is a real trigger for me, it is not staged or scripted for the camera.
