September 11th and Collective Trauma
September 11th 2001 was a day few of us who were alive that day will ever forget. It changed so much of our lives moving forward from resultant conflicts to how we travel and perceive certain threats. Completion
Completion is a healthy way to end a past experience whether that past experience ended abruptly or dragged on for a long time. Completion marks the end of that chapter of your life and there can be great healing and growth that comes from it.
